The following resources are provided only as guides to assist employers and employees in complying with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, as well as to provide other helpful information.  They are not intended to supersede or replace the requirements of the standards.  An employer should review the standards for particular requirements that are applicable to their individual situation, and they should make the necessary adjustments or revisions to any resources used so that they are specific to their company.  An employer will need to add information relevant to their particular facility or worksite in order to develop an effective, comprehensive program.
