AGC Texas Building Branch is proud to announce that the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort will be the home of our 2018 Convention. Located an hour southeast of Pittsburgh, this 2,000-acre resort in the Allegheny Mountains offers luxurious accommodations and dining, a pristine spa, a Pete Dye golf course, and endless outdoor and adventure activities on site. LODGING

The Nemacolin Woodlands Resort boasts 320 rooms in several distinct types of lodging: Chateau Lafayette, featuring Parisian-themed accommodations; The Lodge, an English Tudor-style hotel; and The Townhouses, two-story units with a kitchen and two bedrooms.  Convention attendees are free to choose any of these options for their stay in June.  Lodging rates are $299 for the Chateau Lafayette and $269 for the Lodge and Townhouses.  Click here to explore the accommodations. 

DINING

ACTIVITIES

“Fun, adventure, and more fun” is a great way to describe Nemacolin.  Located in the Laurel Highlands Region of the Allegheny Mountains, the resort offers a number of activities - swimming, biking, golf, a 3,000-foot dual zip-line, Jeep off-roading, spa treatments, two outdoor pools and an indoor lap pool, tennis, squash, a fitness center, fly-fishing and sporting clays at the Field Club, horseback riding, paintball, bowling, an arcade, and more.  Not to mention, encounter the unexpected at the Wildlife Academy – a private zoo with lions, tigers, bears, wolves, buffalo, and more. Mystic Rock Golf Course (Pete Dye design) - Mystic Rock hosted the PGA Tour's "84 Lumber Classic" for three years and is ranked #40 in Golfweek’s “America’s 100 Best Resort Courses."  Shotgun start Wednesday, June 6 at 8 a.m.  Limited to first 40 players.  All players must wear soft spikes.  Fee ($190 per player) includes cart, range balls and caddy.  Click here to explore. 

Fallingwater Guided House Tour - Kaufman family home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.  Tour on Thursday, June 7.  Bus departs at 12:40 p.m.  Fee is $45 per person (limited to first 56 people).  Wear comfortable walking shoes, there is a lot of walking.  Tour will be in groups of 14.  Approximate time of return to hotel is 4:30 PM.  Click here to explore.
