AGC TEXAS BUILDING BRANCH

Associated General Contractors of America was founded in 1918.  It is a national non-profit trade association of more than 33,000 firms including 7,500 of America's leading general contracting companies.

AGC Texas Building Branch was created in 1973 as the legislative office for all AGC building chapters in the State of Texas.  The Branch acts as a legislative representative and capitol presence for Texas AGC building chapters.  We also maintain relationships with state agencies important to the building contractor and relationships with other professional organizations.

TBB also maintains chapter relations and contractor education through the use of conventions seminars and conferences.

It is TBB's mission to allow AGC building contractors to speak with one voice in the construction industry in Texas with the expressed purpose of legislative involvement.  We are located in the capital city of Austin.
